1950s Barbie Design Style

We all watched Barbie and played with Barbies. Do I need to continue writing? 

The decade when pink became a female color. Tiffany blue was still an iconic color. The perfect pair to complement the black and white abstract art was was a huge THING!!!. 

Fun Fact: The single beds are key to the style of the 50s where couples used individual beds. Architecture wise ceilings were 9ft high max. for affordability. Also called the decade of mid century modern with practical, beautiful designs. 

@omep_ a local Carioca artist, specialising in abstract art was or best choice for this project. I personally was never a fan of abstract art but there is something about this art style that drew me in and i love going to this room when I have a mental block.
