BOOKING AGREEMENT — By booking a room reservation with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - a 7% processing fee will be charged to all credit card payments at property.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION — We require the following PRIOR to your arrival:
1) FULL NAME OF ALL REGISTERED GUESTS
2) ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME (2-HOUR WINDOW) As a courtesy, please alert us if your estimated arrival time changes.
CHECK IN POLICY — We guarantee that your room will be ready by 14h, our official check-in time. You can arrive at our B&B on your own between the hours of 08h to 21h. If you arrive prior to your room being ready, we can store your luggage and you can relax by the pool. If available and you must check in, Check-In starts at 8am for 50% the nightly rate with breakfast included.
LATE ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN- *IMPORTANT*: For arrivals between 9 PM and 8 AM there is an extra fee of R$60,00 reais to be paid. In case you choose the transfer service with our own driver this extra fee is already included in the transfer.
EARLY ARRIVALS– To arrive prior to 08h, you will need to have the room reserved from the previous night. CHECK OUT– is at 11h. All departing guests must vacate on the day of their departure by 20h. Late check-out with payment of 50% depending on availability.
AIRPORT PICK UP/MEET & GREET SERVICE — A trusted Driver will meet you at the airport with a sign with your name and transport you to the B&B. This service is available 24 hours per day. (up to 4 guests GIG=R$190 or SDU=R$100). For larger groups please contact us.

MINIMUM STAY — During normal bookings we require a minimum of 2 nights. A minimum is required for Christmas, New Years, Carnival, holidays or special event bookings.
PAYMENT — All room rates are quoted in Brazilian Reais. IF you prefer to pay with PayPal rather than credit/debt card, just let us know and we will send you a payment request. Any balance due at the time of your departure must be paid in full by credit/debt card or in Brazilian Reais.
GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY — A credit card is required to reserve a room for a guarantee. All room reservations must be canceled or changed a minimum of 5 days in advance of your arrival date. After this point, there are no cancellations, changes or refunds.
****If you have booked through Expedia or one of it’s affiliates, your card will be charged per their policy within 72 hours of booking your room reservation. You still may cancel your room reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a full refund; but as in the policy above, after this point, there are no cancellations, changes or refunds.
For non-Expedia room reservations, 29 days before your arrival your card will be charged for the full balance due. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival see Special Booking policy below.
Special Booking Policy — Applies to reservations made less than 30 days before the arrival date.
Non-Refundable bookings, Christmas, New Years, Carnival and bookings of three (3) or more rooms. We require full payment for all special bookings. After reserving your room, the credit/debit card on file will be charged the full balance within 24 hours. There are no cancellations, changes or refunds for special bookings.
TRAVEL INSURANCE — Due to the unpredictable nature of travel, we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. In the unforeseen situation that you need to cancel within our no cancellation/no refund time frame, we will be happy to work with your insurance company on your behalf.
AGE RESTRICTIONS — We can accommodate guests under the age of 13 who can swim unaided. Parents must sign a pool waiver form and agree to the safety rules of the pool.
PETS — We can accommodate well trained furbabies under 20lbs for a small fee of R$45. As a courtesy to other guests please clean up after your furbaby.
STAIRS — B&B has four (3) floors and lots of stairs. It is not ideal for those with mobility issues.
NON - SMOKING — Smoking is not allowed at the property. We are a NON Smoking facility.
BREAKFAST — We offer creative options, view Menu by clicking on Dine above. Breakfast is served daily for registered guests between the hours of 08h and 10h. Guests who arrive prior to 14h and do not want to check in, can have breakfast for an additional R$45 per person. R$55 for non guests.
VISITORS/SECURITY — For the security of all our guests, outside visitors are not allowed under any circumstances. We have a night guard on this street. KEYS — Two (2) room keys are provided for each room. A charge of R$250 will be placed on your guest statement for the replacement of the locks if one or more of the original keys are not returned at check out.
COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES — A password is provided at arrival for free Wi-Fi. A computer and printer are available for guest use in our office during office hours. The pool hours are from 09h – 21h daily; complimentary towels provided poolside. Safes & hairdryers are provided in each room. We have adaptors to loan. Concierge services daily.
